I like the experience that code enables a new hardware feature and the new feature accelerates the whole software. My whole career is working on such experience of virtualization from different hardware, AARCH64, Network, and GPUs. Benefit from my job, I could work closely with vendors and upstream, get in touch with cut-edge techniques from the first hand.
Furthermore, I like the experience that new feature included to a new product, the product delivered to people. In order to do so, I collaborate with different teams, provide consulting to customers, I enjoy the challenge and excitement from this position.
I like open-source, and I like sharing. I write a blog to record my hack, and I present at a conference to share my adventure. I am grateful to what I am doing.
